MIG in Longarone 2024, (23-25 November) will host the long-awaited Percorso del Gusto, an event featuring 24 Master Gelato Makers from Italy and different parts of the world. During the three days of the fair, visitors will have the opportunity to taste unique flavours, created especially for this event and inspired by the traditions and territories of origin of the participants. This Taste Route is not just a gastronomic experience, but a sensory journey through different cultures and flavours, where each ice-cream maker brings with him his own history and his link with the land. Participation is international, with ice cream makers from Italy, France, Bulgaria, Germany, China, Japan and other countries, making this event an unrepeatable experience for all ice cream lovers.

A Taste of Innovation and Tradition
The Taste Route is a unique opportunity to explore new and unprecedented flavours, that reflect the creativity and technical skills of the master ice-cream makers. Among the 24 flavours that will be available for tasting are:
- Zabaione in Barolo Chinato
- Damask rose and raspberry
- Bottarga and candied celery
- Pasta and beans
- Toritto almond
- Crab and pistachio
- Almond honey and saffron
- Rice and jasmine tea
- Rawpine nut
- Lentil, currants and chocolate

Each taste represents a unique combination of selected ingredients in a perfect balance of tradition and innovation.
Participation and Voting
Visitors will be able to sample up to 12 flavours thanks to a card tasting card distributed free of charge with the entrance ticket. Those wishing to try all 24 flavours will be able to purchase additional passes at the fair. After each tasting, the public will be invited to vote for their favourite flavour , helping to decree the Best Natural Taste 2024.
