The 24 gelato makers of the MIG 2024 Taste Route

CONTACTS

Every day at MIG

The MIG in Longarone celebrates the art of homemade gelato with the Percorso del Gusto, an international event featuring 24 Master Gelato Makers from Italy and around the world. Each gelato maker will present an exclusive creation, an expression of their creativity and their link with their territory of origin. This extraordinary tasting experience will allow the public to sample unique flavours and to witness show cooking where the masters will share the techniques and secrets behind their recipes.

A unique opportunity to learn from excellence

In addition to tasting these exclusive flavours, visitors will have the opportunity to learn directly from Master Gelato Makers thanks to the show cooking sessions that will take place during the three-day fair. These moments will offer a unique opportunity to discover preparation techniques, the secrets of the trade and the stories behind each creation.

A sensory and interactive journey

The public will be invited to embark on this fascinating sensory journey thanks to the tasting cards distributed with the entrance ticket, which will allow you to sample up to 12 flavours. In addition, those wishing to try all 24 flavours will be able to purchase additional passes during the fair. At the end of the route, visitors will be able to vote for their favourite flavour, helping to decree the Best Natural Ice Cream 2024.
