Percorso del Gusto – A unique journey between creativity, territory and sustainability
On the occasion of the 64th edition of the Mostra Internazionale del Gelato Artigianale (MIG) in Longarone, from 23 to 25 November 2024, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique and engaging experience thanks to the special event The Percorso del Gusto.
There are many events scheduled in the new edition of the MIG fair in Longarone. In particular, this tasting itinerary will see the participation of 24 Master Gelato Makers, from Italy and abroad, who will present original ice cream flavours, inspired by their territorial culture and the fundamental values of the fair: naturalness, search for quality, sustainability and ethics.Each ice cream maker will offer a taste of their creativity, using local ingredients and traditional techniques, combined with a modern and environmentally friendly approach. At the entrance to the fair, each visitor will receive a card for 12 tastings of the ice creams presented along the route. Those wishing to sample all 24 flavours can purchase additional cards at the fair, to fully enjoy this extraordinary gastronomic experience. The Taste Route is not only anopportunity to discover new and innovative flavours, but represents a real journey to discover biodiversity and international culinary excellence, through the universal language of ice cream. Each taste will tell a story, made of passion for craftsmanship respect for the land and love for natural ingredients. The event fits in perfectly with the new mission of the Longarone Fair, which has been promoting artisan ice cream for over six decades and that from this year focuses on natural and with a focus on sustainability and ethics in food production.
